The revised PO of DOT issued on June 10th 2013 though approving 78.2 effect as on 1-1-2007, categorically directed BSNL for ‘NO Arrears’- ignoring BSNL’s agreed position of ‘deferring arrears for the time being’.
In this scenario, we should insist BSNL Management that HRA etc should not be restricted to 68.8 fitment basic. 78.2 fitment basic for all purposes should be ensured before BSNL issues the order
