Why our BSNL has not gone to court for recovering the money.Which force is preventing BSNL not to go to court So who is the reason for the present financial crisis in BSNL which is not even in a position to pay salary to its employees Even if there is a small delay in paying the dues by the consumer, BSNL is able to stop services to the consumer and why BSNL is soft towards R.Com
